Conditions

Minimum age of driver and driver´s license:

minimum age 21 years
Driver must be a holder of driver ´s license for 24 month period of minimum.

Documents required to close a contract :

physical entity:
ID Card or passport
driving license
Passport Birth certificatet original , credit card

legal entity and firms:
business register draft not older than 3 months
ID or passport competent driver
certificat of tax identification number registry.

Maens of payment :
transfer order /in case of contract partner/
cash or credit card 

Daily rate  is deemed as 24 hours from rental. In case of exceeding rental period for more than 60 minutes , another rate is charged.
Veekend rate  begins  on friday 10:00 a.m ends on monday 10:00 a.m and the car has to be returned in the branch office  NOMAX SERVICES.
Minimum rental period is 1 day / 1 month

Deposit / guarantee:

Depositing a guarantee in the amount of 5% from the value of vehicle is required during rental /minimum 350.00 € /.Cash or credit kard.

Traveling with car abroad:

 You are allowed to travel with the car all round Europe, except the following countries: Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Albania, and Serbia.

Insurance:

Our vehicles are insured with participation at 5%, but at least for 332,00 EUR. In practice it means that if you cause damage up to 3319,39 EUR, you will pay 332,00 EUR. If you cause damage above 3319,39 EUR, you will pay 5% from the damage.
In case of a road accident, it is necessary to call in traffic police and subsequently contact our company. Without a police report, the insurance company will reject any settlement for damages.
In case of consuming drugs, alcohol beverages and other narcotics, a client is fully liable for damages to the car even if insurance has been paid.

Customer is liable for all fees relating to rental period during which the customer has used the vehicle.

NOMAX  is not liable for the client's property and belongings left in the car.
